For the first time in history, four generations of people are sharing the workplace at the same time. They have different world views, expectations and interests. Working together effectively, then, requires awareness, skill and a commitment to embrace the New Normal. We will explore how to leverage the strengths of this dynamic workforce to enrich our mentoring relationships and our organizations.
