Food Network's former Extreme Chef, Lance Knowling and Celebrity Chef Maxcel Hardy host the first ever Black Chef Summer Series at Harlem’s BluJeen
The Black Chef Summer Series (BCSS) presented by BluJeen Restaurant, is a nine-week highlight of astounding African American chefs with diverse and distinctive palettes and skill sets from across the country. The Black Chef Summer Series gives foodies the opportunity to explore the wide range of variety that these chefs have to offer. With a prix-fixe dinner set at $65, each Monday night the chefs will present multiple courses filled with the flavor of Harlem along with a signature cocktail. Kicking off on Monday July 13th, guests will have the option of reserving seating at 6pm and at 9pm.
The Black Chef Summer Series will complement each magically and tasteful evening with 10 percent of proceeds going to both the Food Bank of NYC and a charity of the Chef’s choosing.
