In honor of Women's History Month, we are bringing together remarkable leaders across music & digital media to continue to tell their stories, why it matters, and how they broke through in their industry.

Jessica Lauretti, Global Head of RYOT Studio:

Jessica is an award-winning Creative Director and Executive Producer who has spoken at events around the world, serves on the Advisory Council of Google News Lab's Journalism 360 Program, and was a singer in the band This Frontier Needs Heroes. She has a diverse background working across art, tech, politics and culture and has experience with independent, editorial, branding & advertising content. Her work has been featured on every major broadcast and digital media outlet as well as honored with several awards and nominations. She aims to tell stories to modern audiences that reflect on the world around us.

Anastasia Wright, Founder of IMG Agency:

Anastasia Wright is the owner of music marketing company and indie record label IMG Agency & Records, head of the digital strategy for Janet Jackson, and the executive director of non-profit Minds Behind the Music, Inc. In her 10 year career, she's worked for 12 major labels including Interscope and RCA Records where she cut her teeth in marketing and music PR while developing her companies. Anastasia is a former board member of Women in Music, Inc. and has been featured on Forbes.com, PIX 11 News, NY1, News 12 Brooklyn and more.

Claude Silver, Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia:

Felicia Kelley, Executive Producer at GENIUS:

Rhonesha Byng, Founder of HerAgenda:

Rhonesha Byng is the founder and CEO of Her Agenda. Her philosophy in life is represented by her acronym of N.E.S.H.A. – No one Ever Slows Her Agenda, which was also the inspiration for her company – HerAgenda.com. Rhonesha is part of the 2017 class of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in both the media and dorm room founders categories and was named one of 50 Founders to Watch By ESSENCE Magazine. Previously she was named one of 28 Under 28 by NBCBLK and one of 29 People To Know by BET. She's spoken at The White House and The United State of Women Summit. She's also received awards from the Associated Press, and the New York Association of Black Journalists for her work in journalism. Early in her career, as a field producer with NBC New York (WNBC-TV), she earned an Emmy award as part of team coverage for a breaking news story.
