Moderator
Shruti Ganguly is the co-founder and a partner at Fictionless, a film and video production company that focuses on digital series and branded content, narrative features, documentaries, and TV series with clients such as the United Nations, IMG, Sotheby's, ESPN, GE, Apple, NYU and the like.
Panelists
Folasade Adeoso is graphic designer, creative, and model. She has worked in fashion, fitness, residential, university, and non-profit organizations. Her work illuminates how products and services enliven her world, creating tangible value for brands.
Yena Kim is a designer, stylist and photographer who runs the social media accounts for the most stylish dog in the world, Menswear Dog. Born in Korea and raised in various parts of India, she found love for creative expression early on and studied Graphic Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology before moving to New York City to pursue Fashion Design at FIT.
Jeffrey Thacker is the director of digital at Emmis Communications' leading New York station, WQHT HOT 97. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Thacker began working as a Webmaster for the Brooklyn President’s Office MIS Support Desk, where he created concepts, wireframes, and mockups, as well as finalized detailed designs and specs. In addition to his work in the corporate world, is a Fine Arts Professor in Digital Design & Media and has taught Digital Illustrations and Media, Desktop Publishing, Web Development, General Drawing and more. His philosophy is to Be Simple, Be Structured, Be Focused & Be Consistent.
Bea Iturregui is the Senior Director of Partnerships at Cycle, a media company which authentically celebrates popular culture. A native Floridian and alumni of Florida State University, Bea moved to New York City upon graduation to pursue a career in fashion. After working multiple positions within the industry, Bea found a true passion in social media. This led her to Cycle, where she has had the opportunity to create content across all verticals. Bea currently oversees all influencer and brand partnerships. She has worked with some of the top influencers around the world on campaigns including Amazon Kindle, LG, Beats by Dre, Nike Jordan, Coach and Veuve Clicquot.
Each screening is followed by a discussion with the filmmakers, artists, curators, and more.
