Callie Schweitzer is the Editorial Director of Audience Strategy for Time Inc. She works across the company on initiatives that grow digital revenue opportunities and expand audiences. She was previously at TIME overseeing audience growth and engagement, social media, search, newsletters, new product initiatives and content partnerships. She is also an award-winning journalist whose work has appeared in TIME, The New York Times, Mashable, The Huffington Post and PEOPLE. Sterling Proffer is Head of Growth, VICE Media. Over the past seven years, Sterling has worked across the business development, sales, operations, and strategy for VICE's digital channels. In 2012, he oversaw the launch of VICE on YouTube, leading them from launch to over 6MM subscribers and 500MM views in 24 months. In 2014, Sterling became the General Manager of VICE News, launching and overseeing business & operations for VICE's global news channel. In its first year, VICE News built the largest and most critically acclaimed news brand in a generation, with 250MM views, 1MM YouTube subscribers, 2 Webbys, 2 Peabodys, a Frontline Club award, 4 Emmy nominations, and most recently, a duPont. Building on the success of VICE News, Sterling was appointed Head of Growth for VICE Media, overseeing marketing, distribution, and growth operations across VICE's global network of digital properties.

Matt Trotta is BuzzFeed’s Vice President of Agency Strategy & Industry Development. Since joining BuzzFeed in 2011, he has partnered with Fortune 100 brands to create great, sharable content online. BuzzFeed reaches 200 Million unique visitors per month. Matt started in the branded content space while working at Federated Media as one of the original members of the NY team. Prior to his four years at Federated, he worked at Turner Broadcasting holding various digital roles in Research and Sales. Matt currently sits on the advisory board of Jetty Productions, a video production studio.

Seth Rogin is Mashable's Chief Revenue Officer, driving the rapid growth of a diverse revenue portfolio. Seth joined Mashable in June 2013. Previously, Seth worked for The New York Times for 13 years in various positions, as Vice President of Advertising from 2006 until 2013. He led sales for the fast-growing mobile and tablet offerings, and was responsible for sales and business operations of The New York Times Magazine and T, The NY Times Style Magazine, including the creation and highly successful launch of its first website. His career is a record of digital firsts and resilient multi-platform brand growth.

A leader in media across platforms, Seth is often called upon to speak at conferences in the US, the UK, Italy, France, Poland and Spain, as well as at universities, and to the staff of leading brands including Google, Condé Nast, and McCann Worldwide. He was recently named "One of the 30 best people in Advertising to follow on Twitter" by Business Insider.

In 2014, he was featured in Travel & Leisure Magazine, and was named "CRO of the Year" by Media Industry Newsletter. In 2015, he was inducted into MIN's Media Sales Hall of Fame and was featured as a Distinguished Speaker at The University of Oxford's Saïd Business School. Since 2014, Seth has been Lead Advisor to BattleShop, the first digital fantasy shopping league. In 2015, he was named as a founding member of the advisory board of The Jerry Garcia Foundation.

Seth serves on the Board of Directors of the Ad Council, as well as the Advisory Councils of Ad Week NY and Europe. He is the current NY co-chair of fwd.us <http://fwd.us/> , an organization founded by Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and others to advocate for US immigration reform to encourage innovation in science and technology. He also served for four years on the Educational Foundation for the Fashion Industries. Seth served three years on the Executive Committee of the AHA's Go Red for Women NY event and was honored as their first male "Luminary" in 2014.

Jennifer Risi, head of Ogilvy Media Influence, is responsible for building and driving global strategic media relations for Ogilvy Public Relations. A key part of her role is to serve as a senior media strategist and CEO advisor to many of the firm’s clients as well as to oversee overall media relations strategy across the firm.
Risi is a seasoned communications executive with more than 15 years of experience in strategic global media relations, CEO positioning, executive positioning, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business-to-business strategy development.
At Ogilvy PR, Risi led the agency’s award-winning global relationship with the government of Mexico which focused on promoting the country as an investment hub and travel destination of choice. The team worked closely with the Minister of Tourism and the CEO of the Mexico Tourism Board – recording the best year of tourism ever and record FDI in 2012. Currently, she leads the agency’s award-winning global relationship with the country of Colombia – promoting tourism, investment and exports.
