You are specially invited to our Internet of Things seminar on 14 October, with our special guest Martin Charlier, co-author of "Designing Connected Products," along with Andy Rietschel from Tesla. The day will commence with breakfast and snacks, followed by a short lecture by the author Martin and Andy from Tesla, which includes:

• What is the IoT and what does it connect to (Al, quantification, automation, robotics)?
• Opportunities it offers: new business models, product-service systems, analytics in the physical world
• Challenges it poses: new design framework, products vs. tools, value proposition, complex conceptual models

The presentation lasts approximately 45 minutes. After the lecture there will be a chance to mingle and experience the exclusive Tesla cars.
