Over the last decade, businesses have taken large strides to be able to create, support and foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Our IWD event aims to not only celebrate women leaders but also advocates of diversity, to showcase how they contribute towards creating a dynamic and innovative professional environment with an inclusive culture. But what can leaders do to make sure that individuals are staying true to themselves at work?
Salt will have a gender-inclusive panel discussing how important it is to be able to bring their true selves into the workplace and we'll be discussing identity and acceptance in detail with digital leaders, who bring a range of different experiences.
