Managing Change
We live in an ever-changing world, and the corporate world is no exception. Consolidation, restructuring, and quickly advancing technology are just a few examples of workplace changes that can be daunting at any level.

Join us on June 28 for WICT NY’s next "Let’s Talk Tuesdays" event, where industry leaders will moderate group discussions around the topic of “Managing Change.” Share your experiences and learn from others at all levels of their careers, discuss strategies, and begin to make sense out of the chaos change can bring. We will discuss:

  • Why we are fearful of change and letting go
  • How to minimize anxiety while adapting to new situations in our professional lives
  • Tips and tools for embracing change head-on, rather than avoiding it

With the right tools and approach, we can more easily move from hesitance, to acceptance, to embracing change when it occurs.
