No matter what level you are in your entertainment career, whether on your own or working for someone else, you can be a true, inspirational, powerful leader. It’s more about your empathy, connectedness and style of communication then your title.

Learn the steps to break through the blocks that hold you back from claiming your voice and giving your gifts to your industry colleagues/collaborators. This interactive workshop will give you the coaching tools to be a strong leader in your own way, with your own personality while embracing all the creative/business assets that are uniquely yours. 

Jim Arnoff is a television packaging agent who represents New York production companies that develop and sell original programming to networks. Arnoff has worked at the William Morris Agency as an in-house lawyer and packaging agent. As a certified life coach for the entertainment industry, he has led workshops for the Producers Guild of America, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, HBO, MTV Networks and the Writers Guild of America. He is also a faculty member of the School of Visual Arts and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
