SCORE Fox Valley remains dedicated to the mission of fostering vibrant minority-owned small business communities through mentoring and education.

SCORE Fox Valley presents a weekly series of roundtable discussions, hosted by successful minority entrepreneurs who are Fox Valley Chapter members.

This year-long virtual series is sub-divided into a series of ZOOM sessions, each one-hour long, held at noon CST on Mondays, ending December 20, 2021. Topics in the first sessions included "Get the Gig," "By the Biz Book," and "Ready for Retail."

The compassionate, thought-provoking communications format is hosted within a safe space. It extends insights to identify and address common business issues. It further helps in clearly articulating an entrepreneurial expectation.

Sample solutions are explored to tackle and mitigate common business problems. Virtual sessions build on one another, delivering valuable content and experiences for participants.

The goal is to help participants discover the “unique value” of their product or service through topics such as shepherding an idea to launch, creating measurable processes, and testing a concept to prove business validity.
