Liza is a 200hr-ERYT yoga teacher here to bring you some meditations for healing, transformation, and deep relaxation. She focuses on giving you tools to bring yoga off the mat and hope you can use these meditations as a tool for your everyday life. Alex is the founder of Refined Inner Being, LLC , a mental health crusader, RYT-200 HR, trauma-informed educator, reiki practitioner, speaker, co-host of Me2RadioZone, a mental health podcast, + a facilitator for a non-profit org providing social emotional + mindfulness in NYC Public schools + Florida communities.

A student of yoga since the age of 21, Alex began consistently practicing yoga for the last four years to alleviate her experiences of depression and anxiety.
