Liza is a 200hr-ERYT yoga teacher here to bring you some meditations for healing, transformation, and deep relaxation. She focuses on giving you tools to bring yoga off the mat and hope you can use these meditations as a tool for your everyday life. Alex is the founder of Refined Inner Being, LLC , a mental health crusader, RYT-200 HR, trauma-informed educator, reiki practitioner, speaker, co-host of Me2RadioZone, a mental health podcast, + a facilitator for a non-profit org providing social emotional + mindfulness in NYC Public schools + Florida communities.

A student of yoga since the age of 21, Alex began consistently practicing yoga for the last four years to alleviate her experiences of depression and anxiety.


BK Yoga Club is a body positive yoga studio growing in community. They aim to be a home away from home where practitioners, artists, and creatives come together to share the gift of yoga, movement, & creativity.

Pam is a writer, poet, singer, and educator residing in Chicago, IL. She began blogging under the pseudonym "Unapologetically Pam" in 2016. Her blog transformed into an online platform that seeks to explore, understand, and uplift the experiences of ambitious, healing women who are on their journey of wellness. Her first book, Seasons (I'll Be Seeing You): A collection of poems about heartbreak, healing, and redemptiondebuted at the #1 spot for New Releases in African-American Poetry and Women's Poetry on Amazon and won the "Best Urban Poetry" Book Award at American Book Fest in August 2020.


Sista Afya Community Care, NFP is the non-profit arm of the social enterprise Sista Afya Community Mental Wellness. Sista Afya Community Care provides free individual therapy, community workshops, and professional development to people in the Chicagoland area.
