The 19th century was an era of revolution–women suffragists, abolitionists, scientists prohibitionists, and others championed social, cultural, economic, and political causes that transcended social boundaries to pave the way for future female leaders.

Learn about pioneering women of the 19th century who were suffragists, abolitionists, scientists, prohibitionists, and champions of social causes. The doors are open free of charge to women of all ages, with the hopes of reaching women and girls of color in underserved communities.

Thematic tours are held hourly from 12:15 p.m.
