More than ever, brands and filmmakers are looking to connect with their audiences through genuine online stories, inspiring them to learn more, take action, and share with their community. But while video remains king, content makers constantly battle short attention spans and a saturated landscape. So how do you stand out in the crowd? You’re about to find out.

This class offers a series of interactive workshops and guest speaker interviews that share practical tools, industry case studies, and visual examples to help tell your story successfully. Connect and get tangible advice from Executive Producer Sydney Levin (T Brand Studio, The New York Times,) Community Curator Ari Spool and Community Director Dani Newman of Giphy, and CEO & Creative Producer Jess Peterson of Mighty Oak.

Dani Newman is the Community Director at GIPHY and a founding member of GIPHY Arts. Her Art Direction for GIPHY was recognized as a 2016 Webby Winner. Prior to GIPHY, Dani worked at Tumblr where she oversaw hundreds of advertising campaigns. On the weekends, Dani also co-hosts an eclectic radio program inside of a shipping container.
