District Motherhued and The Momference™ were conceptualized by Simona Noce and Nikki Osei-Barrett, two DMV - based publicists, HBCU grads and boy moms who aspire to inspire, serve and highlight all things#BlackMomMagic. Along with a 21- person mom-committee of the #dmvmomtribe, this duo is excited to produce the nation's first conference dedicated to millennial mothers of color.
