Vision
That Black women will choose to reach their optimal physical, mental and spiritual health potential with no disparities based on race, ethnicity, gender, culture, age or socioeconomic status.
Nia Statement
To allow Black women who have been overwhelmed by life an opportunity to reclaim the power within themselves by gathering, sharing, and learning positive practices through a network of Sister Advisors. We believe in the power of circular structures to not only create a safe space, but to dismantle the theory of the “Superwoman” syndrome and destruct the culture of silence.
Mission
To create a solidarity amongst Black women by empowering them to prioritize and improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
