Just because Diversity & Inclusion has become a checkbox on many corporate to-do lists doesn't mean that the needle has moved all that much...or that there's not more we can be doing to advocate for ourselves and others.

Join Together Digital Los Angeles (formerly Women in Digital) and a superstar panel to talk:

  • how we can advocate & create more inclusive spaces in our own companies
  • code switching in the workplace
  • how to develop more diverse hiring pipelines for recruitment
  • coming out at work: as LGBTQ, as low income, as foreign, as anything that isn't white/cis/male
  • best practices around D&I hiring
  • how to champion upward mobility and c-suite aspirations for everyone
  • how to be your own best advocate while staying safe in professional spaces that may not always feel safe
