Women Entrepreneurs New York City (WE NYC) empowers women to start, operate and grow their businesses by connecting women to resources and community. The WE Connect series features successful women entrepreneurs as well as structured networking sessions.
Keynote speaker, Nely Galán, is a first generation immigrant and self-made media entrepreneur. Galán was the first Latina president of a U.S. television network. She has also owned and operated her own media company since 1994. Galán also founded The Adelante Movement which unites Latinas socially, economically and politically in the U.S.
Nely Galán will speak about growing your business. Following the keynote, guests will have the opportunity to meet with and learn from fellow women entrepreneurs. Tickets are free, but registration is required. Light bites will be served.
