Led by editor Ethan Nosowsky, this 90-minute webinar covers all aspects of the grant and residency process for writers, including researching appropriate programs, putting together a competitive application, and making the most of both award and rejection letters.
To attend this webinar, you will need access to a computer with speakers and an Internet connection (hard-wired is preferred over wireless). There is no special software needed.
Webinars are recorded. The recording will be shared with all previously registered participants after the webinar, regardless of whether participants attend the live workshop or not. Special one-time-only webinars, such as our Artists Talk Tech and Visual Arts Round Table interviews, will also be available for purchase after the fact.
ABOUT ETHAN NOSOWSKY
Ethan Nosowsky is Editorial Director at Graywolf Press. He began his career at Farrar, Straus and Giroux and has also been Editorial Director at McSweeney’s. He has edited books by Jeffery Renard Allen, Hilton Als, Kevin Barry, Vikram Chandra, Geoff Dyer, Dave Eggers, Sarah Manguso, and Maggie Nelson among many others. He has taught in the Creative Writing program at Columbia University and has contributed to the Believer, Bookforum, the San Francisco Chronicle, and Threepenny Review. He lives in Oakland, California.
