Lia joined the Her Agenda INSIDER community recently to discuss how she manages it all! Of course, being a mom is a full-time job so adding entrepreneurship to the mix is next level. Read excerpts from our conversation where we discussed prioritization, self-care, and more.
Lia on her children seeing her in both roles— mother and entrepreneur::
Yes, I think it’s important! Especially for my daughters. They need to see hustle, family, grace— all of it.
On prioritizing responsibilities self-care:
I usually make a list of “ must do’s” and “ should do’s. I focus on the must do’s and have grace with myself on the others. My kids are the top priority! Everything else revolves around them.
Lia on the hardest part of being a mompreneur:
I think the hardest part is not getting mom guilt. It’s a lot juggling mommy duties and ambition. I hate missing things for my kids but it happens.

Lia on being on Married To Medicine LA:
Honestly thought being on a reality show would be glamorous… it’s not! It’s a lot of work. But I did it to expose my businesses and take on a new venture. I learned a lot about myself , watching myself back on tv.
