New Women New Yorkers provides workforce development and skills training to help immigrant women advance their careers in NYC. Our LEAD program teaches job skills through workshops, company visits, and mentorship, preparing participants for success in the US workplace. We connect women to clean energy jobs through the Queens and Staten Island Clean Energy Regional Hub, while our research identifies ways to improve access to clean energy careers and home upgrades.
