Like many entrepreneurs, Noa experienced first-hand a problem she wanted to solve: her family had trouble finding trustworthy, “city-savvy” babysitters who were fun and interactive. By the time she was 12, Noa already had a reputation among family and friends for using creative ways to find the city’s best sitters. Six months later, Noa launched Nannies By Noa, the agency built around her innovative and intuitive approach to matching families and caregivers.
