Q4 Astrology: Air Signs Edition

Air signs, gather round. Welcome to the spooky season. This quarter, Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio before backing into Libra — can you feel it already? The astro this quarter wants to know who’s really in your inner circle, what you’re still carrying out of habit, and what you’d step into if it was framed as ‘fun’ and ‘new,’ instead of ‘letting go.’
Let’s get into it, shall we?
Libra
Happy birthday, Libra! I know, I know. With Venus retrograde in Scorpio (and then Venus retrograde in your sign), this birthday season may feel more like a never-ending lead-up to Halloween than a sparkly, pink-filled party of fun. Knowing you, though, I bet you still made the best of it and came out on top, even if you lost half your outfit to the muck in the process.
You’re a natural master collector / lowkey maximalist, so let this whole process of ‘letting go’ that’s being asked of you during this Venus retrograde be something you try on like a skirt you’d never normally wear. Just try it out, with no expectations – you might actually find it feels better to do than you first expected.

This year is not going to let you bring any extra baggage with you, and that goes for shifting friendships and relationships, too. Spend some time cultivating the community you actually want. Are the people you wish you were around hanging out at the local yoga studio, or are they hanging out at the bar? Are you going to the places you actually want to? Or are you going to the places where most of your friends are headed?
Give yourself all the time and softness you need to process the fact that not everyone is getting on the boat – or maybe it’s you who’s getting off, once and for all. Be brave and cull your closet while you’re at it – you’ll slide into Scorpio season feeling like the queen that you are, despite the weird astrological weather.
Gemini
My quick-moving, ever-changing Gemini, what a whirlwind these retrogrades in Venus and Mercury are creating! Venus’s retrograde position in Scorpio is getting to the bottom of who you actually allow into your sacred tunnel of love – because it’s not the same people who get the fun-loving, day-to-day surface-level version of you.
Reclaiming boundaries is going to be a huge theme for you this quarter. While many of the signs are focused on letting things fall away, your focus, dear Gemini, is to remind yourself of what your temple looks like and what types of energy you want in there. If you need assistance, listen to my free boundaries meditation on YouTube to help reclaim your sense of self.
Instead of isolating completely, keep the friends around you who help you see things in a more zoomed-out, balanced perspective.
Your inner (and outer) temples belong to you, and you only, Gemini – watch for where outside influences have been steadily sneaking in. You’re going to want to be in full power come December.

Aquarius
Alright, my fun-loving Aquarian weirdos. I feel like you saw this coming, but let’s deliver it anyway: there is deeper, larger, and more monumental change that needs to happen for you in this quarter. Whether it’s that health thing you’ve been putting off, or the relationship / living situation / job that you’ve been convincing yourself is fine, your nervous system and body are telling you otherwise. Be brave this quarter and face yourself. You can do it.
I want you to repeat after me as gently and bravely as you can: “My reality right now is not my reality forever. Things can change for the better.”
What is the thing that you really need to quit / give up / shift but are holding onto for dear life? Venus in Scorpio may be pulling it to the surface, but I promise you, it’s not nearly as hard as it seems. Swear it.
That’s it, that’s all for the Air sign astro forecast this quarter. Well done, everyone! You’ve made it 3/4 of the way through a fast-paced, shake-up kind of year. If you’re not proud of yourself for making it this far, take a moment to jot a few things down you’ve accomplished already. You might find you’ve actually come much further than you think.
