Kate Lightstone is an intuitive psychic medium with over nine years experience healing others through reiki and therapeutic, channeled coaching sessions. She holds her Usui Rhoyo Reiki Master’s and is the author of the energy handbook Starseed Survival Guide. Online, she is known for her in-depth articles on ascension, energetics, and collective energy forecasts on medium.com, as well as 5D education videos on youtube. Taking a grounded, centred, and somatic approach to spirituality and human evolution, Kate guides individuals and groups to greater connection with their intuition to empower them to live a more connected, embodied and fulfilling life. She began her journey of the study of energetics, ascension, and various healing modalities at the age of 24 and began teaching, guiding and healing others professionally shortly after. She has run workshops internationally and thrives on the energy of women working, feeling and creating together.
Outside of intuitive consulting and somatic healing work, Kate is an avid surfer and teaches a women-centred workshop called “Surf with Your Cycle” - an educational session on how to sync one’s menstrual cycle with their training. In 2017, She began studying astrology and while she is always learning, holds a deep knowledge and understanding of the effects of the cosmos on our earthly reality. She is a neurodivergent entrepreneur and is passionate about the intuitive development of others – believing that all individuals, especially women, have the ability to live a life guided fully by their intuition that provides them with the reality of their dreams. She lives in Nova Scotia, Canada and dreams of sharing her intuitive knowledge of ascension with more women on a global platform.
