For Yunice Emir, optimism is more than a mindset — it’s her superpower. With over 15 years of experience spanning corporate communications, social responsibility, and public relations, she has built a career rooted in positivity, authenticity, and connection. After a decade at The Coca-Cola Company, where she led disaster relief efforts and community partnerships, Yunice now serves as Head of Corporate Communications and Experiential Partnerships at Moët Hennessy USA, guiding strategy for some of the world’s most recognizable luxury brands.

Her journey into PR may have been nontraditional, but it reflects her belief in staying observant, resourceful, and open to feedback. Whether she’s balancing her roles as a senior executive, realtor, and ambassador, or grounding herself through affirmations and intentional routines, Yunice leads with optimism, resilience, and community at the center.

Her Agenda spoke with Yunice about her daily routines and rituals, offering a glimpse into the daily practices that contribute to her success.

Her Agenda: What does your morning routine look like, and how does it set the tone for your day?

Yunice Emir: I adopted the Miracle Morning during COVID and it continues to transform my daily activity. It’s based on six practices that spell S.A.V.E.R.S. (sit in Silence, Affirmations, Visualize, Exercise, Read, Scribe). While I previously practiced most of these activities, I didn’t notice the biggest shift until I started doing all of them consistently.

Her AgendaWhat’s one non-negotiable habit or ritual that has had the biggest impact on your success?

Yunice Emir: The Miracle Morning, specifically waking up by 5 a.m.

Her AgendaHow do you stay focused and productive while balancing multiple responsibilities?

Yunice Emir: Time blocking and minimizing distractions.

Her AgendaWhat’s a challenge you’ve faced in your journey, and how did your routines or mindset help you overcome it?

Yunice Emir: Wanting to transition into the public relations/communications profession without a related degree and years of previous experience has been one of the most significant challenges that I’ve overcome. My innately positive mindset helped develop my tenacity, resilience, optimism and fortitude to relentlessly pursue my goals which ultimately led to the start of my now 15+ years as a dynamic communications executive. I’m forever grateful for every “no” that eventually led, and continues to lead, to the right “yes” at the right time.

Her AgendaWhat’s the best piece of advice you’ve received that has shaped how you approach your goals?

Yunice Emir: Keep going.

Her AgendaHow do you handle the emotional load of being in a high-impact position while balancing your personal life?

Yunice Emir: By incorporating and practicing my Miracle Morning routine, leaning on my faith, friends, family, doing things that make my heart smile, being steadfastly optimistic and continuously operating in LOVE.

Her Agenda: If you could give one piece of advice to women striving to achieve success on their own terms, what would it be?

Yunice Emir: Define what success looks like for YOU, believe that you can achieve it, be relentless in your pursuit of achieving it, and celebrate along the way!
